salam...OMG..dah berapa abad x update blog..dah bersawang dah..

busy sangat bercuti sampai x update blog langsung....

pastu dah masuk sem baru -FINAL SEM everyone...

lagi la busy...banyak sangat benda nak urus..emm..

so...back to this entry..part time job for MA..sape kata MA tu xleh wat part time job,..here's an example..

ohh..he's so cool u wouldn't see him as MA..

instead, u'll be seeing him more like these....

jalan-jalan keliling kampung with his atuk punya basikal tua...wearing uniform...

meluangkan masa bersama his PET....which included ayam kampung, ayam hutan, ayam bulu balik?, itik, angsa, kambing, arnab...he's turning his house into a zoo...

so cool dude...haha...such a natural way to express urself..

KELANTAN - FINALLY THERE!!

FUHHH...so busy  these past few days..working, clearing up my things (dah nak cuti sem ni...), n then playing games...haha..dont know y i'm so addicted to games...

hari tu i went to kelantan with jaty n mimi..just for 2 days..n my last time of going there was like 12 years ago..haha..so when i arrived there, the fisrt thing caught my eyes was the banner of every shop/business/road sign...

it took me hours to spell it since i'm not good in jawi tho..haha

hah...went to kelantan just to meet this cuty baby..

i admired the architecture in kelantan..the houses looks very different compared to other  states..especially houses in Palekbang area...very unique..

this is the house they built in Taman Tungku Anis..nice one...

so, jaty took me to pantai seri tujuh...along with her brother, aliff n her sis, e-pah..

n that's where we camwhoring..not much tho...

very diasappointing pantai sangat kotor..huhu...

so the next day, jaty, mimi n jejai took me to PCB (Pantai Cahaya Bulan)..

the beach flew me away...breathtaking..

sangat cantik..keindahan ciptaan Allah.. the sky was blue...electric blue..

n the sea look so calming..

x sempat nak snap pics banyak2..cos busy eating aiskrin n sata there.,..haha

so, the trip was fun tho..n very different compared to my other trip which always include shopping..

will go back there soon...hehe..

BILA SUKA BERJALAN...?

Salam untuk semua...tengah sibuk2 final exam pun sempat nak update blog...cos sometimes study ni membosankan...dah tua2 pun nak study lagi...

so, that's why my way to release tension yang bersarang ni dengan jalan2....it doesn't matter pergi jauh ke,dekat ke....even pergi taman dekat tesco pun, still we all can have fun...

my other college friends selalu cakap me n friends ni asyik kuar je...

but who cares...we live once...so enjoy..

then last friday me n my rumate kuar jalan2...cos x mungkin nak memerap kat bilik on weekend kan....

n sambal pari n sotong too....

then, we watched kongsi n priest....damn.............kongsi sangat mengecewakan...i dont like it at all...dont know why diaorg ni sibuk2 citer pasal kongsi...very disappointing...
the priest is very nice tho...yes, it's about church n priest n christianity, but the sound effect n everything is damn good........




stop by at bagan ajam...to view sunset...n snap some pics...

then on the way back, mimi tried lightrail....haha...funny tho...ntah ape rupanya...well, nice try girl...

BERATNYA TUGAS SEORANG MISI...

YESSSS....management habis jugak akhirnya....setelah berpenat lelah di ward...tapi sedih jugak sebab dah berpisah dari ward tu..n best sebenarnya buat management ni...rasa sangat penting bila kita yang in charge semua pasal patient... (wpun x semua keja kita sempat buat...thanks to staff nurse @ k5 yang banyak sgt tolong....esp SN Baby ku..hihi)

hmmm..utk yang x tau,management ni practical kita kat ward bila dah semester 5 in nursing ni...we have to write report on patient yang kita incharge, know all bout patient yang kita incharge..eg; condition of patient, medication,patient plan for apa, doctor's recent plan...sebab semua kena buat sendiri..susah tu..kita main dgn nyawa patient tau...

tapi still x faham kenapa orang slalu cakap misi x buat keje? duduk melepak je kat kaunter...?haish..tau x keje misi ni kalau shift pagi tu maknanya dari start keje @ 7am spai abis shift pukul 2pm tu memang non stop la...makan pun x sempat kadang2...

for those yang x tau keje misi ni macam mana...meh sini misi ruby nak citer sket..


1st of all, meet misi ruby..hehe

-maafkan muka yang berminyak...biasa la keje berpeluh...-

ok..then once we check in kat ward tu, mula2 orang shift sebelumnya akan pass report kat kita....

then bermula lah kerja....

1.   sponging and bed making

 sponging tu kita mandi lap patient atas katil...macam senang kan? hmmm..cuba pulak bayangkan, kalau condition patient tu x berdaya?x pun unconscious ke?paling kurang pun patient fracture kat pubic bone ke,accident,banyak wound, macam mana nak tukar bed sheet?fuhhhh....mau meleleh lah peluh...ditambah pulak ward yang x ber-aircond..marvellous...

2.  observation

 time ni kita check patient demam ke x, blood pressure berapa, mcm2 lagi la...n chart dalam patient punya tiket...(file patient tu  kita panggil tiket @ BHT)

3.   serving medication

serve ubat la...banyak patient,lambat la siap....kalau salah bagi, boleh melayang nyawa patient...xpun kena SUE...hehe...

4.  follow doctor's round

 time ni slalu pukul 9 - 10 am macam tu,pakar akan wat round kat ward...misi ni kena la follow sebab nak      tau apa plan seterusnya kan....

5.   dressing

huh...yang ni memang best..kalau keje ward orthopedic,memang berpeluh la nak buat dressing...means cuci luka(sterile procedure ni..)...klau dapat pulak wound patient diabetic ke....memang best...kena pulak ada 20 patient lebih nak buat dressing...kadang2 spai pukul 1 x siap lagi klau x cukup staff...nak letak pic wound diabetic kang semua x nak view blog ni dah...

6.  injection

slalu buat pukul 11 macam tu....kena dilute ubat...kena syringe out ubat...kena bagi pada patient..secara sterile ok...aseptik teknik...x leh buat cincai2.

- sorry...patient hari ini adalah kucing pulak...hehe -

7.  observation lagi utk pukul 12noon punya....buat 4 jam sekali ok...

8.  writing report

kena tulis report la...each patient 1ada report..klau jaga ramai,(kadang2, sorang staff nurse incharge 12 patient lebih...ni kat hosp sg petani je...klau hosp lain, InsyaAllah lagi teruk keje...

bila dah abis shift, pass report lah kat orang shift petang...

banyak kan keje misi...tu belum kira patient nak pergi operation,nak buat procedure ape2, patient collapse...huh....patut la arwah ayah cakap keje misi ni banyak pahala...kan?

so faham kan kenapa kadang2 misi ni garang2?keje banyak....kadang2 x terkejar....dapat pulak patient yang macam2 kerenah...hehe...

emm..lepas ni jangan cakap misi x wat keje lagi tau...penat citer ni...
tapi pengalaman buat management memang best...x sabar nak tau dapat berapa markah penilaian... :)
